Spindle head F.25 has an ISO 30 tool holder. It can be fitted to the slide unit by means of collar E.FE100.
On drilling and milling (axial or radial) applications, model F.25.RC is to be used as it is fitted with adjustable taper roller bearings.
On boring applications, model F.25.CO is to be used as it is fitted with a pack of three pre-loaded precision angular contact bearings.
Spindle head F.32 is designed to be mounted on "S" series slide units. Tool holder is ISO 30. Different spindle bearing options are available to suit machining applications.
On drilling and milling (axial or radial) application, model F.32.RC is to be used as it is fitted with adjustable taper roller bearing.
On boring application, model F.32.CO is to be used as it is fitted with a pack of three pre-loaded precision angular contact bearings.
Ball screw slide units S.UT.200 are designed to carry spindle heads models "F.25 (with collar) - F.32".
On the cast iron base rests 2 precision rails and 4 ball rows pads and screw 25 mm dia x5 mm pitch (.98" dia x .20" pitch).
Re-circulating ball pads enable linear speeds of approximately 15 times (150 m/min- 492 FT/min) that of the one obtained on cast iron ways, with very long lubrication intervals. High performance with high rigidity (no traditional blocking system is needed and eliminates oil leakage thru the guides
Thrust is supplied by a precision rolled ball screw moving inside a no backlash pre-loaded nut assembly fitted to the carrier.
The slide comes complete with a sealed micro-switch pack and relative cams, normally fitted to the right hand side.
Slide units with 6 ball rows pads are supplied on request.

The hydraulic slide units S.CI. are designed to carry spindle heads model "F.25 with collar - F.32 - F.40".

The electro-hydraulic machining unit C.36 consist in a hydraulic slide, fitted with ball guides carryng an ISO 30 cast iron body spindle head.
C.36 = F.32 (page 92) + S.CI.200 (pag.106)
The spindle is available in two different bearing configurations which make them suitable for specific applications:
MACHINING UNIT = C.36.RC
(adjustable taper roller bearings)
This unit is especially suitable for drilling and axial or radial milling applications.
BORING UNIT = C.36.CO
(set of three pre-loaded angular contact bearings)
This unit is especially suitable for precision
boring applications.
The unit is supplied complete with three micro switches and adjustable cams. The switch unit is sealed and is usually fitted on the right hand side of the slide.
Speeds 600 R.P.M. (at 50Hz) are obtained by fitting a reduction gear ''R''.
The F.32 can be fitted to other slide units (longer strokes or ball feed slides etc.).

 
The electro-hydraulic milling unit U.F40 consists in a hydraulic slide, fitted with ball guides carryng an ISO 40 cast iron body spindle head in vertical position.
In its standard version, the unit's configuration is:
U.F40 = F.40 (spindle assembly only - page 94) + S.TI.200 (page 108) + vertically adjustable on its support bracket.
The technical features of the unit (working stroke spindle output-ball screw slide version) can be modified on request.
The spindle head can be set in line or side ways.
The spindle head has a fine adjustable vertical stroke for tool setting of 50mm (1.97").
The head spindle is fitted with adjustable taper roller bearings.
The hydraulic slide is complete with a set of 4 switches and adjustable cams. The switch unit is sealed and is usually fitted on the right hand side of the slide.
Spindle speeds lower than 600 R.P.M. (at 50 Hz) are obtained by fitting a reduction gear box "R".

The "Z" modular structure is ideal for the manufacturing of rotary transfer machines.
The large flexibility of the system enables to display the units supports in the required position.
At any time, it is possible to implement your machine in expanding the number of stations by adding more units supports.
It is worth noting that even after many years of operation, your machine can be easily and quickly converted for machining different parts. (Also the potential trade-in value is higher than on conventional single purpose machines).
The configuration includes:
1-Central round support in cast iron. Provision is made to fit Euroma indexing tables models T.R.320 and T.H.350 in the center.
2-Units supports. Suitable to hold the operating units on their mounting supports.
They can be set in any position around the central support to which they are secured by heavy duty clamping plates to ensure maximum rigidity.
3-Fabricated base. Standing on 4 adjustable feet.
On request can be supplied:
4-Chip and coolant apron
5-Coolant tank with pump
Electric cabinet complete according to the customer's specification.

 
Rear mounting type chucks B.AM are of the same construction as B.AC series.This model is more satisfactory on applications in restricted spaces.They can be either pneumatically or hydraulically operated.
Max pneumatic operating pressure is 9 bar (131 P.S.I.).
Max hydraulic operating pressure is 20 bar (290 P.S.I.), (9 bar/131 P.S.I only on B.AM 52 and 12 bar/174 P.S.I. only on B.AM 85 and B.AM 110). Clamping force at 9, 12, 20 bar (131, 174, 290 P.S.I.) are proportional to the ones ralative to 6 bar (87 P.S.I.) as shown in the chart below.
Soft jaws can be supplied on request.

 
Flange mounting type chucks B.AC are utilized on rotary table transfer machines to firmly hold components to be processed.
They can be either pneumatically or hydraulically operated.
